Eligibility Criteria
- A household must have:
- A non-condensing boiler, back boiler, or no central heating system.
- An energy performance rating of D, E, F, or G.
- A boiler that is at least 12 years old.
- Eligible property owners:
- Homeowners or landlords (if the tenant is a relative).
- Beneficiaries must receive one or more of the following:
- Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance
- Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
- Income Support
- Pension Credit Guarantee
- Working Tax Credit
- Child Tax Credit
- Universal Credit
- Housing Benefits
- Pension Credit Savings Credit
- Child Benefits
- Alternatively, households with an annual income under £31,000 may qualify.
